We have what you are looking for
We believe in structuring our practices and groups so that you are getting the most out of your diving experience. Whether you are 5 or 95, just starting out, doing it for fun or have ambitions of being an Olympian we have a program to fit your needs. If you are ever unsure about what program might be right for you please feel free to contact us and we will help you determine what is right for you.
Lessons
Our lessons groups are ideal for those who are just starting and want to learn the basics of diving. Lessons focus on learning basic skills and ensure proper progressions into more difficult dives.
Lessons are offered Monday-Thursday from 4:30PM to 6PM with the option to choose how many classes you’d like to take per week.
Preteam
This group is ideal for those who have more experience in diving and have hopes of competition. This group is a combination of dryland and water training and will focus on basics and skill progression with the goal of learning more difficult dives.
These classes are offered Monday-Thursday from 5PM to 7PM.
ELITE TEAM
This group is ideal for those who have competition experience in diving and have hopes to compete at the National level. This group is a combination of dryland and water training and will focus on advanced skill progression with the goal of mastering difficult dives.
These classes are offered Monday-Friday from 4PM to 6:30PM with the option to choose how many classes you’d like to take per week.
Masters TEAM
This group is ideal for adults from beginners to former professional divers and anyone in between. This group will focus on your personal goals whether it be for exercise up to a competitive masters diver.
These classes are offered Monday-Thursday from 4PM to 7PM and Friday from 4PM to 6:30PM.
Private Lessons
Our club offers private lessons for individualized attention and small group private lessons.
Private lessons are offered on Saturdays.
You will need AAU or USA Diving INSURANCE
AAU Diving Insurance
Prior to registration, you will need to purchase an Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) Membership ($14) from www.AAUSports.org. Our team club code is WY748Y. There is also an annual registration fee which is prorated depending on the current business quarter (shown on registration).
The AAU Membership year runs from September 1st to August 31st.
Youth Memberships are $14 for extended coverage (AB)

USA Diving Insurance
Athletes of all ages and abilities can join USA Diving at various levels.
Athlete: $43
Divers with an Athlete membership can participate in camps, clinics, lessons, and closed leagues. If a limited member diver wishes to compete in a USA Diving meet, he or she can upgrade the membership to Competitive Athlete.
Competitive Athlete: $203
A Competitive Athelete membership allows for athlete participation in Region, Zone, and National Championships, as well as Athlete meets. (An athlete will also need to satisfy the eligibility requirements for a particular meet. Competitive Athlete members age 21 or older may also compete in Masters competition.)

Sports Accident insurance for all supervised registered practices of USA Diving member clubs and for all USA Diving sanctioned events. This coverage is secondary to any other primary insurance you might have and will pay up to a maximum benefit of $25,000 subject to a Deductible and other terms and conditions.
